Repeat the daily affirmation to yourself throughout the day. You can write it down, say it out loud, or simply repeat it in your mind. As you focus on the affirmation, try to embody its meaning and let it influence your thoughts and actions.

HAPPY HAPPINESS DAY!
According to Wikipedia, "the International Day of Happiness is celebrated throughout the world on 20 March. It was established by the United Nations General Assembly on 28 June 2012. The International Day of Happiness aims to make people around the world realize the importance of happiness within their lives."
Yes, happiness is more than important and especially during complicated personal or global situations. This is not to be selfish, it is taking care of ourselves and it is paramount!

What can help to be happy?

- Today is the equinoxe day of Spring ! This period often brings sun, flowers and birds singing! So go outside, breath and and enjoy!

- Use regularly positive affirmations

Papillon's tip #6: Acupressure - Li4

Li4 : This point helps with stopping all types of pain, strengthening the immune system, tonifying Qi, all diseased of head and face - CONTRA-INDICATED IN PREGNANCY
Technique for acupressure: Gently place one finger (palm of thumb or index finger) on the point, apply strong pressure for about twenty seconds and release quickly. You can wait 20 seconds and repeat 3 times.

HAPPY MOTHER’S DAY TO ALL MUMS OF THE WORLD!!!
Did you know that modern Mother's Day has its main origins in the United States in the early 20th century, initiated by Anna Jarvis in 1908 to honor her own mother and all mothers, and officially recognized in 1914. However, it also draws its roots from ancient celebrations (Rhea in Greece, Matralia in Rome) and Christian traditions such as the British "Mothering Sunday."?

Here are the key points about the origin of this celebration:
The American impetus (early 20th century): Anna Marie Jarvis, an American schoolteacher, campaigned for the creation of an official day to honor mothers, in memory of her own mother who had passed away. In 1914, President Woodrow Wilson officially established "Mother's Day" on the second Sunday of May.

Historical roots:
Antiquity: The Greeks and Romans celebrated Rhea and Cybele, goddesses of fertility and motherhood, respectively.
Religious tradition: In the United Kingdom, "Mothering Sunday" existed in the Middle Ages, celebrated on the fourth Sunday of Lent.
The idea spread worldwide, becoming a celebration of gratitude, often associated with gifts and flowers.
