It’s easy to forget how disconnected we’ve become from the real world…
from the land, the seasons, the simple sounds that ground us.
So much of life now happens indoors, on screens, in our heads.
We rush past the very things that help us feel calm, present and alive.
🌿 Take a moment to step outside.
👂 Listen properly — to birdsong, wind, water, leaves moving.
🧠 Let your body notice how different it feels.
I often record birdsong and natural sounds and weave them into my sound baths!
It’s my way of bringing a little of the outside world back in-
a reminder to the body of something familiar, steady and safe.
Reconnection doesn’t have to be complicated.
It starts with listening.
