Access to request repeat prescriptions through the NHS Wales App will be unavailable from 10:00 AM today (09/03) until Wednesday 18/03 while we migrate to a new IT system.

If you requested your repeat prescription in January (2 months’ supply) or February (1 month’s supply), your March prescription will have already been post-dated and sent to your nominated pharmacy.

Between Wednesday 11th March 2026 and Wednesday 18th March 2026, the practice will be undergoing a clinical system migration. 🖥️

🚨Please do not contact the practice during this time unless your problem is urgent🚨

We will have very limited access to patient records during this time and we are unable and will not be offering any routine services, including:
- Routine GP or nurse appointments
- Repeat prescription requests
- Blood tests
- Test results
- Routine admin requests

⚠️The practice will be running an urgent ONLY service for clinically urgent problems that cannot safely wait until after 18/03/2026⚠️
