Good afternoon everyone ☀️
What a beautiful day—it’s so lovely to finally see some sunshine and brighter skies again.
As the months are flying by, I wanted to give friends and family plenty of notice about our annual summer party 🎉
This year, it will be held on Friday 31st July from 1:00pm to 3:00pm.
For this year’s event, I’ll be introducing tickets, which will go on sale from the start of June.
🎟️ Tickets are £5 per person, which includes: • Entertainment
• BBQ
• Refreshments
• Desserts
• And most importantly, wonderful company and shared smiles 😊
All money raised will go directly into our residents’ funds. This truly makes a huge difference in everyday life within the home. It allows me, in my role as activity coordinator, to continue bringing in a variety of meaningful activities, creative sessions, and special projects that add joy, purpose, and stimulation to our residents’ days.
More than anything, it helps us focus on their wellbeing—emotionally, mentally, and socially. These funds help create moments of happiness, laughter, comfort, and connection. Sometimes it’s the smallest things that mean the most, and being able to provide those little touches really does make a difference to their quality of life 💛
Seeing our residents smile, engage, and enjoy themselves is exactly what it’s all about. Every bit of support, every ticket purchased, and every contribution goes straight back into making their days brighter and more fulfilling.
Thank you all so much, as always, for your kindness and continued support. It truly means the world to the residents and to all of us who care for them.
