Did you know that we teach a weekly Injury specialist rehab & performance class every Monday evening at the Mynedd Llandegai memorial hall..?!

Walk in 6.30pm. Door closes at 6.40pm. Finish 8.15pm a whole lot looser, less injured and faster/stronger. Class is open to all. All ages are welcome. Injured and uninjured people 🙂.

Message me if you wanna come and join 🙂! Or just turn up. Bring a yoga mat, water and any rolling balls you have. And some money 😂🎀

Prices:

upto xmas/ny is only 5 sessions left so ..

Single class = 10 pounds
3 sessions = 25 pounds
5 sessions = 35 pounds

Prices in the new year will be per 4 and 6 sessions and may change slightly 🙂

New piece in my practice :)! The old leather rugby ball that my dad bought years ago to remind him of his rugby career playing for the Dutch National Rugby Team. Now a sporty reminder of a good man, history of sport and how things carry over generations 🙏🏼🎀

I love getting a shout out like this!! Why?! Cos I take pride in fixing people - and seeing them as soon as possible. Often practises have a week waiting list, but a week of pain and uncertainty is a long time. That’s why I saw on the same day after she got in touch 💪🏼🎀!
