𝙄𝙢𝙥𝙤𝙧𝙩𝙖𝙣𝙩 𝙐𝙥𝙙𝙖𝙩𝙚 – 𝘾𝙡𝙖𝙨𝙨 𝘾𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙚𝙡𝙡𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣

Due to the ongoing unrest and protests this week—and with another demonstration scheduled to take place outside the Marine Court Hotel in Bangor this evening—we have made the difficult decision to cancel tonight's classes.

The safety of our members and their property is our top priority, and we are not willing to take any risks in the event that the protest does not remain peaceful.

As an alternative, we will be holding a NoGi class today, followed by an Open Mat at 3:00 PM for those still keen to train.

Head coach is back over for a Spring seminar and grading.

Ross has an impressive resume, including ADCC European champion, Polaris veteran, and various IBJJF titles. He is also head coach and joint founder of the highly esteemed .

Space is limited for this event, but we are offering a handful of spaces for non-Nossa members to attend if they wish. This will be a Nogi seminar on Crab Ride 🦀.
These spaces are expected to go very quickly, so don't delay and hit us up with a DM if you want to attend.
