Due to the ongoing unrest and protests this week—and with another demonstration scheduled to take place outside the Marine Court Hotel in Bangor this evening—we have made the difficult decision to cancel tonight's classes.

The safety of our members and their property is our top priority, and we are not willing to take any risks in the event that the protest does not remain peaceful.

As an alternative, we will be holding a NoGi class today, followed by an Open Mat at 3:00 PM for those still keen to train.
