#10 Daily Yin Yoga Challenge:
• Cow arms 1 minute each side (use a belt or strap if you can’t connect the hands) - bend sideways the opposite way to the top arm
• Eagle arm child 3 minutes each side
• Child pose 2 minutes
• Rest after

• Crocodile 1 minute

• Windshield wiper legs side-to-side very slowly (make sure feet are hip width apart) 1 minute
• Supine butterfly 2 minutes
• Half butterfly (roller blanket under calf) 3 minutes each side
• Savasana 1 minute or more

#6 Daily Yin Yoga Challenge:
• Supine heart opener with rolled blanket 3 minutes
• Puppy (anahatasana) 2 minutes
• Thread the needle 2 minutes each side
• Active rest (keep eyes open for a short while before closing) 1 minute or more

#5 Daily Yin Yoga Challenge:
• Seated crossed legs with gentle neck stretch. Don’t pull the head but instead let the weight of the arm gently encourage the neck tissue to relax. 2 minutes each side; recrossing the legs halfway through.
• Bananasana cross both ankles over to one side and shuffle the shoulders to the same side to create a curved shape whilst remaining heavy on the opposite side hip i.e. don’t let the hip lift off the floor. Then wrap the arms overhead. 3 minutes each side.

• Dragonfly at the wall 2 minutes
• Butterfly at the wall 3 minutes
• Viparita Karani (legs up the wall) 2 minutes (or longer if you can)
