PRICING, POLICY AND EQUIPMENT HIRE UPDATE⭕️
As of 10.11.25 - Only the sports massage 60min and 90min session are increased by £5. The 30min sessions will remain £35 and lymphatic drainage will remain the same price also.

This is simply to reflect the standard I have set for my work (and to stay in line with local pricing).

Bulk options will be posted soon for both sports massage and lymphatic.

RECOVR TURNS ONE🥹🖤

A full year of growth, lessons, and a whole lot of gratitude.

From starting out in a tiny room with little experience (and a bit of blind faith)… to now being in a bigger space, a full diary of incredible clients, and offering more therapies than I ever thought I would.

I couldn’t be more grateful to every client who got me this far🫶🏼

And with .therapy set to launch later this year, offering more healing therapies with red light therapy, it feels like we’re just getting started.

Here’s to year two — more healing, more growth, and continuing to build something meaningful.

Sarah came to me for a full body lymphatic drainage, focusing on the stomach area.

Within the 90minute session we were able to remove a substantial amount of fluid from her stomach leaving her feel lighter and rejuvenated🌿 The next slide shows the message I received from Sarah a few days after her session✨

*just to be clear- I am in no way promoting this as a weight loss treatment. If you have fluid retention, the fluid will be removed/reduced with the drainage which in hand, reduces the number on the scales. This is only possible if there is fluid to be removed.
