Good morning,
A few staffing issues remain this morning as some staff members need to travel from areas still affected by snow. This will affect our face-to-face capacity for the time being, therefore thanks again for your patience. The car park remains closed due to icy conditions.

Diolch bawb, am eich amynedd a’ch cydweithrediad heddiw. Diwrnod digon heriol, ond wedi dod i ben â hi diolch i ambell ‘Samariad trugarog’ mewn cerbyd pedair olwyn a thechnoleg gweithio o adra. Mae’r rhagolygon dal reit wael at y bore, ond mi wnawn ni bob ymdrech i ddarparu’r gwasanaeth unwaith eto a chadw mewn cysylltiad.

Thanks everyone for your patience and cooperation today. Quite a challenging day, but we managed it thanks to some ‘good Samaritans’ in 4x4 vehicles and work from home technology. The forecast remains poor for tomorrow, but please be assured we’ll make every effort to provide all services once again. We’ll keep you posted.

Due to dangerous conditions on the roads, our services will be severely impacted this morning. Please accept our apologies. The site is perilous due to snow, and we suggest you do not attempt to reach the surgery unless absolutely necessary. We will be contacting patients by telephone (urgent issues only) and will not be able to offer home visits. Updates will be posted during the day. Thanks.

Oherwydd rhagolygon o dywydd anffafriol a’r posiblirwydd bydd rhai aelodau o staff yn ei chael hi’n anodd cyrraedd y feddygfa’n ddiogel, mae’n debyg bydd angen mwy o amynedd na’r arfer hyd yn oed ben bore fory (5/1/26). Gwneir pob ymdrech i ddarparu gwasanaethau arferol, ond diolch o flaen llaw am eich cefnogaeth.

Due to severe weather being forecast and the possibility that some staff may find it difficult to reach the surgery safely, it’s likely that even more patience than usual will be required first thing tomorrow morning (5/1/26). We will be making every effort to provide all services as usual, but please bear with us and thanks in advance for your support.

Bydd cawodydd eira yn parhau ar draws Gogledd Cymru y prynhawn yma a heno, gyda rhagolygon am eira trymach rhwng tua 7pm a 10pm yn ardal y Gorllewin.
Bydd rhew hefyd yn risg eang, yn enwedig mewn ardaloedd mewndirol.

Following the yellow weather warning for snow in place until midday tomorrow, North Wales Police and partners are renewing their appeal to the public to take extra care and consider whether their journeys are essential.

Snow showers are set to continue across North Wales this afternoon and into this evening, with predictions for heavier snow between around 7pm and 10pm in the West area.

Ice will also be a widespread risk, particularly inland.

Chief Inspector Emma Parry from North Wales Police said:
“I’d like to thank members of the public for listening to our appeals to take care and avoid unnecessary journeys in areas affected by the snow and ice.
“If you are travelling, please check your routes and the weather along the way and at your end destination – and remember to drive safely, allowing extra time for your journey and keeping a safe distance at all times.
“Ice is set to be an issue tonight and tomorrow morning, so please take this into consideration before venturing out - drivers still need to drive very carefully, even if the roads are not white.
“Many thanks to our partner agencies for working with us to keep everyone safe.”
