Being anxious because we realise we aren't feeling anxious is very normal. If anxiety is your default it can feel uncomfortable to sit in anything other than anxiety.
Breathe. Remind yourself you are in control. Go outside. Do 10 star jumps. Make a cup of tea and enjoy every sip. Journal. Refocus your thoughts in whatever way is comfortable and manageable for you. You are not your anxiety and your anxiety is not you.
