She leaves a trail of white clover wherever she walks, and is the heroine of ‘Culhwch and Olwen’, a tale from the mediaeval manuscripts of the Mabinogion.

This traditional storytelling performance has been developed thanks to the Gwobr Esyllt Prize from Chwedl, the network of women storytellers in Wales.

TEA CLUB IS BACK - Shall we drink tea together?

Tea club is an online meetup for herbal students and enthusiasts

· Learn about Plants
· Develop your Organoleptic Capacity
· Support each other in Studying Herbs

Our autumn meetups focus on tasting HEDGEROW HEALERS from the Western Herbal tradition.

We meet to do a blind tea tasting together, compare notes and chat.

Meetings are on Zoom on Wednesday evenings. The session runs 6.30-7.30pm, but you are welcome to stay on and chat informally afterwards.

Our next round is coming up on October 8th, 15th, 22nd and November 5th, 12th, 19th (no Tea Club on Oct 29th).

Usually Claire Mace or Suzann .whisperer will facilitate, but if you’ve been to a couple of sessions before and you would like to facilitate, just let us know.

Place your order now to get the six secret herbs sent to you (herbs will be posted at the end of September).

We can dispense a maximum of 25 packets!

Students and herb lovers from all ecosystems are all welcome.

Your Yoga Mat Awaits.... 💫𖤓🧘🏻‍♀️ SPECIAL OFFER for new people to try a class this week only.

Wow what a summer! I did a lot of camping and my tent only got wet once. Now it's time for the weather to turn and the autumnal rhythm to begin.

I'm still sharing yoga classes and workshops regularly, in order to help you reduce stress and tension, and improve your back health and sleep patterns.

My "new term" of weekly classes starts tomorrow and will run until the 4th December. I've also scheduled in three delightful workshops through the Autumn, including a special REAWAKEN session this Sunday morning at 10am to help you feel relaxed and grounded.

It would be lovely to see you on the mat again soon whether you can join me in-person or online.

If you have not been to a class with me before (or for ages) you, join me for any session THIS WEEK for half price using the code MEDI on the Inspiratrix Yoga website.

The MEDI code should work for any of the Tuesday or Thursday evening sessions in Bethesda in Neuadd Ogwen or online - or the online workshop on Sunday.

If you're already a regular attender, feel free to share this offer with any friends who'd like to try a class.
