At 50 years of age, I have less back pain than I did at 25.

That's not luck. That's yoga.

Regular practice has genuinely transformed how my body feels.

I've built real core and pelvic floor strength through subtle and consistent work.

My nervous system has learned how to relax.

I've also connected with my somatic awareness: feeling what's happening in my body, rather than just pushing through.

I love working with stiff, middle-aged people who've spent decades stuck in the same movement patterns… hello work from homers and office people!

I love younger people discovering how to befriend their bodies.

I love older folk who want to feel more mobile moving through everyday life.

Yoga isn't about being flexible or spiritual or Insta-perfect; it's about feeling better in your own skin.

Just an hour or two a week could make a massive difference to you, both in the short term and the long term.

Mae ymarfer rheolaidd wedi trawsnewid gwirioneddol sut mae fy nghorff yn teimlo.

Rydw i wedi adeiladu cryfder yn fy mol a llawr y pelfis trwy waith cynnil a chyson.

Mae fy system nerfol wedi dysgu sut i ymlacio.

Rydw i hefyd wedi cysylltu â'm hymwybyddiaeth somatig: teimlo beth sy'n digwydd yn fy nghorff, mwy na wthio ymlaen.

Rydw i'n caru gweithio efo bobl ganol oed anhyblyg sydd wedi treulio degawdau wedi'u dal yn yr un patrymau o symud... helo i bawb sy'n gweithio adra neu yn y swyddfa!

Rydw i'n caru pobl iau sy'n darganfod sut i ffrindio â'u cyrff.

Rydw i'n caru pobl hŷn sy'n isio teimlo'n fwy symudol wrth fynd trwy fywyd bob dydd.
