Last month, Alana and Joanne from our Head Office, attended the launch of the Health and Social Care Model Complaints Handling Procedures (MCHP), and NIPSO’s Best Practice Guides on Good Complaints Handling, in the Parliament Buildings.
The MCHP is designed to make it easier for individuals to raise concerns and to help organisations deliver better outcomes for service users. Alana and Joanne found the launch highly informative, particularly in relation to the new procedures being introduced, and are currently incorporating these into Caremark NI’s complaints handling processes.
