✨ I️n The Haven Yoga Studio, Bangor

✨️Tuesday mornings - 10.00 - 11.00 am
Thursday evenings - 6.30 - 7.30 pm

🌟 Hatha Flow Yoga, suitable for all abilities including beginners 🌛

✨️ Easy-going, friendly classes, no yoga experience necessary. Come along and try it out.

✨️ Slow-ish paced flow ... a gentle warm up, followed by strengthening standing postures and balance work, ending with relaxation. ✨✨✨

✨️ The Haven Yoga Studio, Bangor, at the back of Asda (2b Castle Square, just off Market Street, next door to The Laundry Chute)

✨️✨️🎉🎉 HAPPY NEW YEAR everyone! 🎉🎉✨️✨️

It's been a bit of a crazy year for me personally, lots of ups and downs 🤍

But my wee business has been doing so well...

✨️ I finally got round to rebranding; Kym Smyth Yoga became Bee Zen Yoga 🐝.

✨️ I started teaching corporate yoga for the Department of Education in Rathgael House 🧘‍♀️🧘‍♂️

✨️ I trained to become a children's yoga teacher 😊

✨️ I'm teaching children's yoga in Ballyholme Primary School, new block for P3 and P7 starting in January 💜

✨️ I'm into my 6th year of teaching my fabulous yogis in my public classes in The Haven 🫶💕

I'm so so grateful for every single person who has come to my classes or recommended me, I honestly appreciate you all so much 🙏🙏

Here's to a healthy and happy 2026 ...
