Yoga for Health Ireland Yoga for your best body and mind . If you suffer from a bad back , stress /anxiety breathing issues Yoga for health is for all ages and abilities.

Our yoga classes offer a place to relax and rejuvenate with expert tuition tailored to suit the level of mobility and experience. Yoga for health’s beginner class is a lovely way to introduce yourself to yoga. The focus is on knowledge , understanding stretching , yoga breathing and mindful movement. The restorative yoga class is a delicious way to relax and soothe frayed nerves. By the end of the class you will feel rejuvenated and centred. The gentle, chair based mindful movement classes are specifically designed to enable all abilities to access yoga and to support office based clients with posture ,back problems and stress. Private sessions are also available for those who prefer to relax in their own home.

We’re so proud to announce we’re now officially open at 2 High Street Donaghadee… ☀️☕️

Some FAQ’s for everybody in the chance these are helpful:

• Pups are always welcome with responsible owners but we ask everybody to keep 4 legs on the ground 🐶

• Vouchers can be bought and used in both Bangor & Donaghadee 🎄🎁

• We’re open 9-5pm 7 days a week & just closing Xmas Day in both sites ⛄️🥞

Donaghadee still has a few little opening snags and teething problems as expected but nothing that should impact any of you guys 🙌
