Meet Chloe: Your Counsellor 💛

Hi, I’m Chloe, and I’m passionate about providing a safe, supportive space where you can share your thoughts and feelings without judgment. I understand that life can be overwhelming at times, and I’m here to walk with you through those challenges, with compassion and empathy.

I have supported many clients through issues with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships, loss, and self-worth. My training allows me to tailor my approaches and structures of our sessions to best support you and what you are going through. Using evidence-based techniques, I will work with you towards goals such as personal growth, healthier behaviours, processing and healing from experiences, and an increased sense of confidence and self-worth.

Through every session we take things at your pace to ensure a relaxed atmosphere, with options of implementing grounding and mindfulness techniques to lower any anxiety or worries you may have.
