Good luck to everyone receiving their SEAG results (and parents).
I hope you’re feeling pleased, but it’s also okay to feel disappointed if things haven’t gone as well as you hoped. Regardless of the outcome, be proud of all the work you’ve put in over the last year, and remember that a test score does not define your worth, your potential, or the bigger picture of your future.

We explored the stress bucket — looking at what fills it, what helps empty it, and how self-compassion supports us to notice when it’s overflowing without judgement.
We also focused on small, sustainable steps that can help protect wellbeing over time.

✨ Great morning with exploring mindset and goal setting!
We dived into the EEC method — Evidence • Effect • Change — and it sparked such thoughtful conversations and practical ideas.

A huge thank-you to Lindsey for delivering such a grounded, engaging session. Her down-to-earth facilitation style made the learning land so well

We then wrapped the morning with a positivity vision board session, bringing such a creative and uplifting energy into the room. 💛✨who doesn’t love a sticker!

This was followed by a fun afternoon workshop with , learning brilliant ways to use rhythm and instruments to spark discussion and connection with young people — genuinely inspiring and full of practical takeaways.

Thanks to for hosting and creating a space that always feels welcoming and supportive.

This year also brought growth in terms of Hello Positivity’s social media presence ☀️

Social media following increased by 109% - something I’m incredibly proud of, but couldn’t have done alone.

I’m so grateful that the lovely Courtney from came on board helping me look professional and feel confident - from delivering workshops with her sh*t-hot presentations to creating some beautifully designed Hello Positivity literature.

She’s also the person I constantly bounce ideas off (even though that’s definitely not in the job description), and my cheerleader whenever I’ve had a wobble or pushed myself outside my comfort zone.

I appreciate her more than she knows. I love how she brings the 92% razzle and lets me add my 8% dazzle ✨
