This year also brought growth in terms of Hello Positivity’s social media presence ☀️

Social media following increased by 109% - something I’m incredibly proud of, but couldn’t have done alone.

I’m so grateful that the lovely Courtney from came on board helping me look professional and feel confident - from delivering workshops with her sh*t-hot presentations to creating some beautifully designed Hello Positivity literature.

She’s also the person I constantly bounce ideas off (even though that’s definitely not in the job description), and my cheerleader whenever I’ve had a wobble or pushed myself outside my comfort zone.

I appreciate her more than she knows. I love how she brings the 92% razzle and lets me add my 8% dazzle ✨

My favourite new service to launch this year 💛

The four-week, semi-structured family sessions have been a real highlight. They gently combine psycho-education with practical tools, helping children understand that difficult feelings are a normal part of being human.

With parents involved in the process, children can see that emotions aren’t something they experience alone. Real-life examples help them feel understood rather than singled out.

Working with siblings together in the comfort of their own home also reduces fear and stigma. The familiar, non-clinical environment makes it much easier for children to open up, reflect, and engage.

By the end of the four weeks, each child has a simple, practical toolkit for naming and processing their feelings — and that’s where meaningful change so often begins. 💚

Client Success Story - Nicole!💚

Working with performers at every stage of their journey is one of my favourite parts of Hello Positivity, and Nicole’s story is such a brilliant example of how mindset support can make a real difference both on and off the stage.

Nicole first came to me looking for help with performance anxiety ahead of a big interview. She’s no stranger to nerves - she’s an experienced pole performer and usually feels that pre-show flutter before stepping into the spotlight. But when those familiar jitters started creeping in before her interview, she knew she needed a strategy she could rely on.

Together, we used the same tools I teach in my performer coaching programme to help her:
🌬️ Reset her nervous system with simple, effective breathing techniques
🧠 Understand the patterns behind her anxiety
✨ Build positive reinforcement rituals to shift her mindset before high-pressure moments

Day to Day Wellbeing: Keep Learning Edition ✨

I’m such a fan of lifelong learning — and did you know it’s one of the Take 5 ways to wellbeing. Every time we pick up a new skill, we’re strengthening our neuroplasticity, giving our brains a chance to grow and adapt.

And those little milestones along the way? They bring that wonderful dopamine boost that keeps us motivated and energised.

Whatever age or stage you’re at, learning something new is a simple, powerful way to support your mental health. Keep learning, keep growing, keep backing yourself. 💛
