Shockwave Therapy at North Down Podiatry ⚡️⚡️

Shockwave therapy is an evidence-based treatment used to stimulate tissue healing and reduce pain in chronic foot and ankle conditions.

Common indications include:
• Plantar fasciitis
• Achilles tendinopathy
• Heel pain
• Chronic soft-tissue injuries

Treatment is non-invasive and delivered following a full podiatric assessment. It is a great option for those stubborn tendon issues!

From launching North Down Podiatry to seeing the clinic grow month by month, 2025 has exceeded expectations and I have loved welcoming patients old and new. Thank you so much for your continued support!

Also, I have been very grateful to continue my work with Bangor FC first team as a member of the medical team, and be a very small part of a championship-winning season.
