Today we’re celebrating the stories that help us unwind, escape, and reset — just like a great massage.

Whether you’re diving into a new novel or revisiting an old favourite, taking time to relax your mind is just as important as relaxing your body.

But it’s easy to forget that in the rush of life isn't it?

Our aim today is to gift ourselves 10 or 20 minutes to catch up on one of the half read books on the nightstand and treat the mind to a moment of calm.😌
