Cyngor Gwynedd is consulting on extending the Public Space Protection Order (PSPO) in Bangor city centre for another 3 years (until 2028) - helping tackle antisocial behaviour and keep public spaces safe.

Mast cells play a crucial role in the immune system. Theyโ€™re found throughout the body, especially in tissues that interact with the outside world, such as the skin, lungs and gastrointestinal tract.

When activated by a trigger, mast cells release 200+ mediators โ€“ including histamine, prostaglandins and leukotrienes โ€“ that can affect many body systems.

As Mast Cell Action explain, "MCAS symptoms are often unpleasant, debilitating and wide-ranging - affecting different parts of the body at the same time.

MCAS symptoms often come and go and their severity can fluctuate over time. In some cases, people may experience mild symptoms for a long time before seeing a sudden increase in the frequency or severity of their symptoms. Sometimes there is an incident which triggers this sudden increase in symptoms - such as a severe infection or a medical procedure or operation."

I have been a Muscle and Joint pain specialist for the past 25 years. Ten of those years as a registered Osteopath. I have lectured at FE and HE in Sports Science and as a Sports Massage tutor at the London School of Sports Massage under Mel Cash. I treat all muscle and joint pain and specialise in sports injuries and rehabilitation. I believe that our chosen lifestyles have a direct effect on our health and well being.
