If you’re struggling with household bills or finding it difficult to put food on the table, support is available 💛

You can sign up to become a member of our Bangor Social Supermarket, where you can access affordable food options:
🛒 Single shop: £4 for 10 items
🛒 Family shop: £7 for 15 items

We also have a Community Fridge available for anyone who may need a little extra help.

🕒 Opening Hours:
Members (Social Supermarket): Wednesday 10:30am – 1:00pm
Community Fridge (open to all):
• Wednesday 1:30pm – 3:00pm
• Thursday 10:00am – 12:00pm

We’re sharing information about a new pilot program designed especially for families with young children aged 1- 5. 💛

Families can receive a FREE meal kit to cook at home with your child — a fun way to build skills, confidence, and discover new tastes in the kitchen.

All you need to do is complete a very short survey to see if your family is eligible to take part. It only takes a few minutes!

Spots may be limited, so don’t miss out!

If you get notification you are eligible you can collect your meal kit from 1 Kilcooley Square, when we receive them.

❄️ Winter Coat Project – Everyone Welcome ❄️

Orchardville will be hosting a Winter Coat Project event on Wednesday 28th January, 11am–4pm at City Church, 100 Main Street, Bangor, BT20 4AG.

Run in partnership with Ards & North Down Borough Council and ROC Northern Ireland, this event offers a wide range of pre-loved winter coats, hats, scarves and gloves for all ages — free and available to anyone who needs them.

If you or someone you know could use a little extra warmth this winter, please come along. 💙
