Habit Bangor Strength and Conditioning Fitness program for all Fitness Abilities. Loose weight, build muscle, strengthen and condition your overall physique .

Classes are based on martial arts fitness for men & Women. Our Strength and conditioning classes are half hour workouts consisting of different exercise station. Core strength exercises that will guarantee weight loss, toning and improve fitness and seen as its only 30 minutes it suits the busy lifestyles of today. At H.A.B.I.T we provide excellent support and guidance, enabling students to achieve great results. We provide an outstanding service, the team is friendly, reliable and passionate about what we do.
