Gym upgrade🏋‍♀️

Nice to get the squat stands added to the private studio this afternoon. This is one of a few I have planned before the end of 2025!

These upgrades will allow for small group personal training sessions to take place more frequently, allowing you to train with friends or people with similar goals.

We met around a year ago, and Dave said he wanted to improve his running with the idea of using myself for the strength side of his training and to achieve these results shows it has all paid off.
