We’re all about keeping our residents feeling their best in summer. Give these easy, effective wellness tips a go:

💧 Stay hydrated.
Sip water throughout the day or top up with squash or fruit juice for a bit of variety.

🌞 Get your fix of vitamin D.
Soaking up the sunshine safely - even for a few minutes minutes at a time -can boost your mood and immunity. Don’t forget the sunscreen!

🌳 Stay cool.
Take breaks in leafy shade, under an umbrella or indoors during the hottest parts of the day. A wide-brimmed hat and airy clothes will do wonders too.

🧘‍♀️ Keep moving.
Gentle stretches, light walks or simple seated exercises help maintain flexibility, circulation and overall well-being - without overheating!
