☂️Diaphragms☂️… In Cranial Osteopathy, we see and feel diaphragms everywhere! They are structures that traverse the body at different levels and act as gateways above and below. Ideally we like to feel these areas moving in unison but stress, anxiety, biomechanics and many other factors can affect them. In paediatrics we see a lot of “stuck” diaphragms due to the body storing anxiety and by releasing these, the structures can move and breathe freely. 💨 .⁣⁣⁣⁣
