I have an oil too!

I’ve incorporated Peppermint a lot in recent Aromatherapy sessions.

Often associated with soothing the stomach, aiding digestion and easing tension headaches, Peppermint’s analgesic properties were one reason for incorporating it into a blend for neck pain this week.

Also resonating with the 🩵 Throat Chakra 🩵 this refreshing and stimulating essential oil can be used when experiencing discomfort in this area to work with unspoken emotions, suppressed thoughts and all forms of communication with self and others.

Remember, nothing changes until you take that first step — and it can be simpler than you think.

Choose one small action this week that moves you toward feeling stronger, lighter and more in control:

As February begins, the light is slowly returning and the first bulbs are pushing through the soil 🌱Quiet reminders that even after deep rest, life begins to stir again.

I’m back in my Therapy Room after another visit home with mum in hospital once again. Today has been catching up on admin, sorting appointments and writing to my email community💻

📖 Today’s musings were about emerging from Winter as we step into February inviting a gentle approach to our health and wellbeing 🥰

Not through pushing harder or trying to fix yourself, but by listening, slowing down and making small, nourishing choices that support your nervous system and energy 💫

When life feels full and expectations feel heavy, even setting intentions can feel like another thing to get right 😔

Are you tired of long goal lists, rigid plans and the pressure to be more, do more, or finally “figure it all out.”

💫Less noise = More clarity💫

Sometimes what supports us most isn’t more effort, but less pressure. One simple, grounding way to set intentions is choosing one guiding word for the year - something to return to when energy dips or decisions feel unclear.

Instead of asking “What should I be doing?” it gently asks, “Does this support the life I’m choosing to lead?”

The right word isn’t the most impressive one. It’s the one your body softens into and intuitively feels right.
