Wishing a Happy Diwali to our carers and customers who are celebrating the Festival of Light 🪔

Alzheimer's Society have provided some information on a Dementia friendly Diwali.

Religious festivals like Diwali are typically a time for family, feasting, dancing and celebration. However it can be difficult to know how to support a loved one with dementia.

Tea and Talk for World Mental Health Day ☕🌍

This week our Support Office team came together to mark World Mental Health Day with a Tea and Talk session to start conversations and share experiences, including how we manage our mental wellbeing. From helpful tips to personal insights, it was an afternoon full of valuable conversations and support. 💜

Sometimes, all it takes is a cuppa and a chat to spark important conversations – and to start making a difference.
