We’re really chuffed to be in this beautiful book.

It’s called ‘Wild Sauna - the best outdoor saunas in Britain’ by Emma O’Kelly. Thank you so much, Emma.
It’s a great way to discover some of the brilliant saunas out there. It details what facilities they have, all the practical info, the ethos, contains stunning photos…

It’s funny because a sauna customer visiting from London said to us ‘you need to get in the Wild Things Publishing series’ - and at that point we’d literally just heard we’d be included in the book. The ‘Wild guides’ are ace if you’re outdoorsy and looking for places to go.

The sauna scene’s grown massively in the last year or so and hopefully saunas are truly becoming part of our culture. Being included in this book feels like an achievement.

We’ve got spaces in the communal session today at 6.15pm and on Saturday and Sunday. Plus - an early Sunday sauna at 8:45, followed by yoga and a sound bath if you fancy it. Book yoga with Rooted with Bethan - and book sauna on our website.

If you can get a pass out the house (!) we’ve got spaces in the communal tonight at 6.15pm and on Saturday and Sunday.
PLUS an early Sunday sauna at 8:45… followed by a brilliant yoga and flow session at 10 with (including a sound bath).

We’re Laura and Zoë - co-founders of Wiltshire Wild Sauna. We wanted to share our love of saunas and the countryside, and create a space that supports good health.

We’re sisters in law… we wanted to create a business together and toyed with various outdoorsy ideas until we settled on a sauna.

We were further spurred into action by my cancer diagnosis and challenging treatment.
One day I looked in the mirror and asked what is it I really want to do? What’s stopping me? I mentally committed to setting up Wiltshire Wild Sauna with Zoe.
That was Feb 2024.
We built the sauna May 2024.
Launched summer solstice June 2024 - and haven’t looked back.

There’s no time like the present.
What would you love to do?

If you put it out there - it’s more likely to happen 🙌

100% yes you can.
Our hosts will look after you - and if you’re in a communal session, it’s highly likely you’ll make new friends.
Some of our guests have made sauna friends and now come together in groups 🤩
Some have unexpectedly found romance 🥰
Equally if you want to sit quietly in your own thoughts - that’s absolutely fine too.

Communal sessions are Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
