British Sauna Society recognises Wiltshire Wild Sauna as an Operator Member.

This means…
They’ve appraised what we do, what we offer, our ethos.. and certify that we provide an authentic, quality sauna experience. It means we sign up to their Operator’s charter too. Available to view on their website.

As sauna culture grows in the UK, we feel it’s important to maintain high standards and be part of a wider sauna community.

To become an Operator Member, we completed a detailed review of our business covering a wide range of areas. We had to provide supporting evidence and photos. We paid an assessment fee to the British Sauna Society (BSS) and they reviewed our application and agreed we meet the required standards and codes of conduct. As a small business, it’s an investment of time and money but it’s worth it. We’re growing our business and this is one way of benchmarking what we’re doing.
For sauna guests - it means you don’t just have to take our word for it.

BSS offers a way of learning (continuing professional - and personal - development).
We share cutting edge research - eg how saunas can help health issues.
We share practical advice on building and running a sauna.
We share the joy of sauna 🙌🔥

Lots of you have asked about music and aromas in the sauna… you’ve perhaps experienced a towel waving taster…

I bring good news!

This is your chance to experience a multi-sensory sauna session. It includes essential oils, heat, Aufguss (towel waving), ice and steam, music, guided relaxation.. all in the sauna.

Laura’s hosting the Revitalising Rituals sessions - it’s 11:30am-12:45 (Sunday 19 April). Book via our website - link in bio.

Wanting to get sauna into your weekly routine? We have lots of options for you to book into this weekend -

Thursday - Communal session @ 1pm
Friday - Communal session @ 6.15pm and private hire @ 5pm
Saturday - Communal session and private hires @ 3.45pm and 6.15pm
Sunday - Communal sessions @ 8.45am and 5pm and private hires @ 10am and 3.45pm and Laura’s fab rituals/aufguss communal session @ 11.30am
