Welcome to our Banwell Village Pharmacy page, to enable better communication between us and yourselves
I would like to introduce our Team so all are known to you.
Pharmacist: Paul, the gentleman who is our regular responsible pharmacist. Paul is a true gent, and will take time to listen/help all.
Manager: Charlotte, is a qualified technician with plenty of experience in pharmacy. Due to go on maternity leave, and will be missed by all the team, and am sure patients too, but hopefully be returning after her maternity leave.
Deputy Manager: Deb (who will be stepping in as manager for a few months, whilst Charlotte has some family time, again plenty of experience within pharmacy, and worked as a locum before joining Banwell pharmacy so has experience in lots of areas of pharmacy.
Is currently training to assist the pharmacist to check your medications to allow Paul to provide more services for the customers.
Very experienced Dispenser: Katie, sure if you are a regular customer will know Katie as the boisterous member of the team, who will ensure everyone leaves with a smile on their face.
Newly Qualified Dispenser: Zoe, a genuinely caring person, fairly new to pharmacy, and recently qualified as a dispenser. Previously Zoe has worked in the care Industry and is a benefit to the team.
Dispenser Trainee: Hannah, currently undertaking her Medicines
Counter Assistant and Dispensing Course, is a very confident member of the team, and I'm sure will be known to all patients as Hannah does not hold back and will ensure everyone feels welcome within the pharmacy.
Medicines Counter Assistant :Rhian, our youngest member of the team, who works on a Saturday morning, has recently qualified as medicines counter assistant and has built so much confidence whilst doing so.
