Hello everyone, it's been a while since I've posted anything here. I'm still here!

Many of you know I started my Physiotherapy degree earlier this year, and as such this is main focus, however I am still providing massage treatments and have to manage these appointments alongside my main job and training.

I like to keep massages simple... however I understand that there are some misconceptions out there and it is often a minefield to understand what it is I offer. Well......

🙌It's a BESPOKE massage TAILORED to YOU and your needs and wants. Relaxing, Restorative, Recovery, from pain/injury (some say its Sports Massage!), I cover it all! 🙌

If you are ever unsure if the massages are suitable for your needs ...please please do get in touch and ask, remember they are tailored made just for you. 😊🙌

I plan to advertise my treatments a little differently so that the treatments offered define the differences.
But pretty much; Swedish, Relaxation and Deep Tissue in a nutshell! You see, I like to keep it simple!

I currently use a Theragun massager, it's a pro level massage gun used by Chiropractors, Physiotherapists and Sports Therapists. This is optional but adds a little 'Je ne sais quoi' and can really help with muscle recovery following a treatment. You should try it out, it's good fun and rather pleasant!

As ever, i am grateful to see my little empire grow and appreciate the recommendations and business you provide me. Treatments continue to be provided in my treatment room within my home (upstairs, for those who may have mobility issues to be aware of!).
