Internet is now back on!

We currently cannot access the Internet. This means we won’t be able to use the card machine, and we won’t be able to provide our services (common ailments service, sore throat test and treat or UTI service). We will hopefully have an engineer out soon to resolve the issue. We will update as soon as we are back up and running.

There will be no pharmacist in branch until 10:30. We cannot sell anything containing medication or hand out any prescriptions until that time. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

Can everyone that orders their own repeat prescriptions that have internet access please email the surgery for your repeat requests. Name, date of birth and what you need to order to
repeat.prescriptions.w94008@wales.nhs.uk
We have a post box outside branch where you can drop your repeats or you can order for next time when collecting your prescriptions.
❗️WE WILL ONLY BE TAKING PRESCRIPTION ORDERS OVER THE PHONE FOR HOUSEBOUND PATIENTS❗️

For customers who collect their monthly prescriptions from the surgery and bring them up to us, these will now be ready for collection the following working day after 2pm.

For all walk in prescriptions except for urgent i.e antibiotics, there will be a 15-20 minute wait.

We appreciate your understanding in these circumstances and no abuse will be tolerated.
