‼️ Please be aware we are short staffed in branch.‼️

Can everyone that orders their own repeat prescriptions that have internet access please email the surgery for your repeat requests. Name, date of birth and what you need to order to
repeat.prescriptions.w94008@wales.nhs.uk
We have a post box outside branch where you can drop your repeats or you can order for next time when collecting your prescriptions.
❗️WE WILL ONLY BE TAKING PRESCRIPTION ORDERS OVER THE PHONE FOR HOUSEBOUND PATIENTS❗️

For customers who collect their monthly prescriptions from the surgery and bring them up to us, these will now be ready for collection the following working day after 2pm.

For all walk in prescriptions except for urgent i.e antibiotics, there will be a 15-20 minute wait.

We appreciate your understanding in these circumstances and no abuse will be tolerated.
