Local runners/walkers.. Inov8 Outlet are hosting a warehouse sale this weekend.. Highly recommend.. Great trainers/trail shoes

This weekend (24th-27th of October) The INOV8 Outlet in Crook will be holding it's biggest ever warehouse clearance!

We're going back to the good old days, opening the warehouse doors, as the store just isn't big enough to hold all of the clearance stock!

Random thought of the day.. Why do people say "I'm jumping on a work call" 📞 when no explosive energy is required! 😆 Do those of you who do admin based work need more exercise 🤔😃 🏃🏼‍♀️🏋‍♂️ 🏊‍♂️ Or maybe you do jumping jacks when on the call?? Just an idea!!

Hi all 👋 Been a lovely day at Deepdale HQ and the sheep have been enjoying the sunshine ☀️ Just a heads up to say that we have a very busy time coming up over the next month….here at Deepdale I am lambing sheep alongside doing my Physio work, and Claire is super busy at Headlam! WELLIES!! Those of you that have visited our Deepdale clinic will know that we are based on a working farm. I was brought up on a farm and I continue to help out on my family farm alongside my Physio business. Today my wellies hold more significance as I am posting them to show support for British Farmers 🇬🇧 and today’s rally in London. This about more than tax, this is about the future of farming. Preserving the knowledge and skills passed down over generations, and our food security. 🇬🇧
