An exciting opportunity to join our team has arisen as a dental nurse.
Successful applicants will be friendly, caring, organised and highly motivated to learn all aspects of dentistry and patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assisting the Dentist chair side during procedures and monitoring the patient
• Selecting and preparing the appropriate equipment and instruments prior to a procedure
• Sterilisation of equipment after use and responsibility for infection control
• General cleaning of the surgeries
• Stock rotation and control
• Compliance with health and safety procedures and training
• Covering reception desk duties
• Ensuring protocols are being followed and monitored
This is a full time position and the working hours and salary will be discussed at interview stage.
Key requirements:
DBS check
Blood tests to check for suitability for working with patients
Hepatitis B vaccination
Satisfactory references
