The Solo Practitioner POD just got even better!

I've been listening to feedback from people who wanted to join but couldn't make the Tuesday call work , I've listened and I've made some changes.

There are now TWO accountability call options.
Choose what works for you:
🗓 Tuesday option — first Tuesday of the month, 10am
🗓 Sunday option — first Sunday of the month, 9.30am
(Or attend both if you need to)

Two co-working sessions every month
💻 One morning session
💻 One evening session
(Dates published monthly in the members area)

Everything can look fine on paper… and still not feel right.

A lot of the women I work with don’t come to me in full-blown crisis.

They come because they feel a bit… meh.

On paper, everything looks fine. Life’s ticking along as it should, but they’re overthinking more than they used to, feeling a bit flat, or just not quite themselves. It’s hard to put your finger on, which usually means it gets brushed off.

So they carry on. They push through, tell themselves it’s just a phase, and hope it sorts itself out.

Sometimes it does… but quite often it doesn’t.

What I see time and time again is that when something shifts internally, everything else starts to feel different quite quickly. Your head feels clearer, things don’t get to you in the same way, and you start to feel more like yourself again.

That’s the work I do. We don’t spend weeks going over everything that’s ever happened. We work with what’s coming up for you now, using effective techniques such as IEMT, NLP and Metaphors of Movement.

You don’t have to wait until it gets worse to do something about it.

It’s safe to say I’ve come back feeling refreshed, recharged, and ready for whatever this week brings, including moving onto the next decade.

Who were you before the world told you who to be?

Over the years we take on other people's ideas about who we should be, their expectations, their opinions, their version of us. Sometimes we don't even realise we're doing it. Some of it is useful whilst a lot of it isn't.

The external influences shape us internally. Slowly and quietly until one day you look up and wonder — is this actually me? Or am I living someone else's version of who I should be?

It's worth asking.

If the answer makes you uncomfortable, that's okay. That's actually where the work begins.

Sometimes you need to relax… and sometimes you need something to actually shift

Over the past few months, I’ve noticed something interesting happening in some Reiki sessions.

Once the body starts to settle, it can gently reveal what’s been sitting underneath the tension… a thought, a pattern, or an emotion that’s been quietly waiting for attention.

When that happens, it feels natural to work with it.

That’s what led me to introduce two different Reiki options, depending on what you need right now.

🌿 Reiki Restore
A 60-minute session focused on relaxation, nervous system calm, and restoring your energy.
Perfect if you just need to switch off, breathe, and have some time for you.

🌿 Reiki Deep Reset
A 90-minute session that begins with Reiki to help your body fully relax and create space for change.
If something comes up during the session, I may bring in techniques like Metaphors of Movement, NLP or IEMT, working with whatever’s ready, in a calm and supportive way.

Each session is held a little differently, so choosing the one that fits you when you book means you’ll get the most out of your time.

What would you choose… if you already believed you were enough?

Pause for a sec and really sit with that.

That belief—“I’m not enough yet”—might be the quiet background noise running your whole life.

It’s the reason you say yes when you mean no. The reason you hold back in conversations. The reason you shrink your ideas, second-guess your instincts, and keep striving, proving, doing.

What if you believed—really believed—that you were already enough?

What would you do differently?

What would you stop explaining, apologising for, or endlessly tweaking?

What would you finally give yourself permission to want?

Believing in yourself isn’t about pretending. It’s about clearing the real stuff in the way—those old beliefs, emotional patterns, and quiet doubts that were never truly yours in the first place.

A week before 30, I was probably worrying about what everyone thought.

A week before 40, I was still trying to hold it all together… doing what needed to be done, but not always checking in with what I actually needed.

A week before 50? I’m calmer, clearer and far less interested in being anything other than myself. I trust myself more, I say no without the guilt and I don’t feel the need to explain or justify who I am anymore.

That didn’t happen by accident.

It came from doing the inner work… letting go of what was never mine to carry… and choosing something different.

That’s exactly what I support other women to do now.

You don’t have to wait for a milestone birthday to feel like yourself again.
