… and relax!

Recently there’s been a common thread of clients being drawn to Reiki to help their nervous system drop into a state of calm. It’s one of the many blessings of sharing Reiki with people that I get to experience - to be able to work with the healing energy to bring the body back to a state of safety, security and wellbeing.

We have unconsciously returned to our usual state of busyness pre-pandemic, and yet perhaps there is a deep sense of knowing that this may be a distraction from the truth of what our soul came here to experience.

I’m excited to share the healing energy of Reiki with an amazing charity in Camden called Women + Health

Their mission is to support isolated and vulnerable women in overcoming multiple health challenges, support vulnerable new mothers and their families, carers, and men who are looking to change their lives for the better and their families lives.

Many clients are socially and financially disadvantaged, often facing multiple challenges such as isolation, overwhelming caring commitments, mental health and other chronic issues. In offering alternative body therapy sessions and counselling, they are empowering families within a safe space with affordable, consistent sessions.

I’m honoured to join their team as a volunteer Reiki practitioner for the next few weeks and be of service to their clients 🌹

We are back for our March Community Reiki Clinic 🌸 yoga studio in Willesden Green

Jess .reiki has created a beautiful, intimate and relaxed space where you can receive a one hour Reiki session from her or myself, in an energetically potent room of other healers and receivers.

Relax with a cup of tea 🍵 , bring your journal 📔 , and shuffle some cards 🔮 whilst you grab a snack … there’s no rush to leave after your session. Permission slip to relax and integrate before you step outside back into the world.

Welcoming in 2024 with our first Community Reiki Clinic of the new year! 🐉

Join us for more affordable and accessible energy healing sessions on Sunday 28th January at ✨

Myself and .reiki have sessions available to book between 1pm - 4pm. Each person will receive a one to one Reiki session with a qualified, trained and insured practitioner. Sliding scale rate, choose to pay what you can afford (£45-£65).

You pay between £40-£65 for a session (approximately 60 mins long). Choose the amount that is right for you, your preferred practitioner and your time slot 1pm, 2pm or 3pm.

I’m excited to announce I’ll be sharing Reiki with fellow practitioners at a Community Reiki Clinic this month!

Join us for (more) affordable and accessible multi-bed treatments on Saturday July 29th at Zenw2 Collective in Willesden Green.

This will be a a multi-bed clinic with a sliding scale rate. This is a space where multiple people receive individual Reiki sessions at the same time.

We will have 3 Reiki practitioners and 3 treatment tables. Each person will receive a one on one Reiki session with one of our qualified, trained and insured practitioners: Jess .reiki , Ema or myself.

The final of the 5 precepts (not in traditional order)

Reiki Precept 5: “Just for today, be kind to others (including yourself)”

We are all one. All living things are from the same source, the same divine consciousness.

When we hurt another, we are in truth, hurting ourselves. Treat others with the same compassion as you would like to be treated with.

When we are able to love and accept ourselves fully, we allow others to love us in our full self-expression.

In reality, loving others is loving ourselves 💞

When we receive reiki from a practitioner or give ourselves reiki, we come back to the self-compassion and this realisation 🧡
