We ran a survey on healthcare experiences. The results confirmed what we suspected—and honestly, they’re a bit heartbreaking.

Satisfaction with lifestyle guidance? 3.8 out of 10.

→ 56% say providers focus only on medications
→ Only 5% receive detailed, personalised lifestyle advice
→ 83% have already sought support elsewhere

That last number stopped us in our tracks. 83% of people are piecing together their own health journey because the system isn’t giving them what they need.

Gratitude post by Dr Sruthi (Senior Health Coach and Ayurvedic Expert @ Nirva Health)😇

Being with our clients yesterday felt like coming full circle 💫
Since March, I’ve had the privilege of guiding so many of you in your wellness journeys through different physical events @ London— from the first consultation to seeing you bloom with more energy, calm, and confidence then meeting you in person, hearing your stories, and seeing the sparkle in your eyes… that was something words can’t capture.

Each hug, each tear, each “you changed my life” reminded me that true healing is built on trust, consistency, and shared intention 🌿

To every client who showed up — even those who travelled despite health challenges — thank you for your faith in our approach, your discipline, and your openness to Ayurveda, Therapeutic Yoga and holistic healing.😇

Gratitude Post Penned by Dr. Abirami (Head of Therapeutic Yoga Dept. .health )😇

✨Yesterday’s event was an emotionally overwhelming experience, where our clients shared how deeply we have touched their lives. Though we see them virtually every day, meeting and connecting with them in person was truly special.

I would love to quote a few words from our clients:
“The content in the app has been the light in my depression.”
“I open my eyes every morning to your content.”
“You guys are life savers.”
…and many more heart-touching words that filled our hearts with gratitude.

- One of our clients with multiple sclerosis came in a wheelchair with her husband’s support and stayed until the very end. ♥️
- Another client came with the support of a crutch due to severe joint pain, but just wanted to see us in person.
- And our loyal, long-term clients who feel like a second family to us.

Everyone spoke so lovingly about their Yoga Coaches, Health Coaches, and Consultants, and asked us to convey their love. It was such a joy to listen to them all. ❤️

We are truly helping people come out of depression, sleep peacefully, and make better choices in their lives. We are making a difference.

Personally, as a health practitioner, the warmth of those hugs and the love from our clients will remain a core memory — a beautiful testimony to all the effort and intention that has come to fruition. ❤️✨
