For the past two years, Tanya has been an integral part of the Visiting Angels family — so much so, she’s become part of the furniture! Throughout her time with us, Tanya has shown incredible dedication both in the office and out in the field as a Senior Carer.
Tanya has built strong, trusting relationships with both her clients and their families, consistently delivering compassionate and reliable care. Her excellent understanding of compliance and procedures means she is always proactive in raising concerns when needed, keeping the office informed, and even liaising with medical professionals to ensure the very best outcomes for clients.
Always willing to go the extra mile, Tanya regularly takes on additional calls where possible and has developed a loyal client base who speak very highly of her care and professionalism.
Beyond her direct care work, Tanya is also a fantastic advocate for her fellow carers. She plays an important role in shadowing and supporting new staff members, while also confidently raising concerns on behalf of her peers and championing her team.
