Yoga will be ON on the following dates over summer:
28th and 30th July
4th and 6th August
20th August
Both classes back to normal from the 1st September.

Unfortunately I have had to make the decision to cancel this evening's class due to the predicted temperatures and the condition of the car park at the Rainhall Centre.

We will hopefully be back to normal classes next week when the weather is better 🤞

Unfortuantely tonight's yoga class at St Joseph's is cancelled due to the snow and icy conditions. ⚠️

Hi all,

I am pleased to announce a collaborative yoga class and gong bath event on Saturday 7th December 10-11.30am.

This event will consist of 30 minutes of gentle yoga, followed by a restorative tea break and then finished with a 45 minute meditative gong bath.
