It’s about letting things settle.

Your body has been feeling.
Digesting.
Holding emotions, joy, memories, and maybe tiredness.

The Sacral Chakra holds our natural self-healing wisdom — the part of us that knows how to restore balance when we stop resisting.

Healing doesn’t always look dramatic.

Menopause is not a decline — it is a Sacral Chakra transformation.
A shift from giving to receiving.
A return to inner authority.
A rise into wisdom.

For the next 5 weeks we enter the wisdom of the Second Chakra — the feminine center of flow, pleasure, emotional balance, sensuality, creativity, and nourishment. We will look at the women's health after the age of 40 as well.

And what better food to open this journey than the humble almond?
Almonds vibrate directly with Sacral Chakra energy: warm, grounding, nourishing, and stabilizing.

Self-reflection week continues… and today was pure magic ✨️🌀🎶

We hosted a very special guest at — Santa himself 🎅 from !

The energy was sky-high. Everyone prepared their spaces, and I opened our Shamanic circle with a protection ritual, calling in all directions.
And then Santa walked in and said:
“It smells so nice on this floor… what’s happening here?”
(He visited my upper floor and loved it 😄)

During our mini drumming session he added:
“This feels so relaxing… I don’t want to get up.”

I prepared warm ceremonial cacao and everyone was wowed.
We enjoyed a beautiful stretch in the aerial yoga room delivered by .yoga.soul, followed by team yoga, massage, and inspired brainstorming.

The team voted:
✨ Monthly team well-being days are now a must! ✨

A quick trip to for oils & incense completed the magic.

Now we’re preparing for our Launch Party next week!
Drum beats, cacao sips, yoga in the air… and surprises.
