Libra, ruled by Venus, the goddess of Love, encourages harmony in our relationships. Encourages us to seek heart centred living. Libra season is a time to appreciate beauty and harmony in our surroundings, in our environment and our relationships and it’s a time to embrace our creativity.

This year Libra starts between two powerful eclipses. A time of transformation paving the way for new beginnings. A few suggestions on how to work with a Libra energy,
• reconnect with your heart space, do you need to re-examine your relationships and where balance lies?
• Celebrate your creativity, what sparks your creative flow? Whatever it is do more of it.
• Bring some beauty into your world. This could be as simple as buying some flowers, or as complete as a brand-new wardrobe or redecorating your home.
• Love your harmonious connections, think about those friends and loved ones who make you feel peaceful and loved and make time for them.
• Practice self love , it’s time to be kind to yourself. It’s time to feel pampered and calm. It’s time to book a Holistic treatment. Make sure you prioritise yourself, and get plenty of rest and relaxation. Nurture your mind body and soul

Virgo season is here. Nurture the Goddess within.

A natural time to check in with health, self-care and cyclical living, Virgo season arrives as we head towards autumn. After the sun-drenched extravaganza of Leo season, Virgo reminds us to feel the ground beneath our feet, take some deep breaths and come back to centre. This is where we can re-focus and prepare for what lies ahead for the last quarter of the year.

Virgo energy brings the ability to analyse and refine details clearly in a flexible way. This diligence and attention to detail is centre stage.

As an earth sign Virgo energy promotes a sense of being grounded, pragmatic, but also adaptable.

Here are a few suggestions to help honour the Virgo in all of us:

• Start prioritising self-kindness, however this looks for you: When did you last curl up with good book, take time out, get a massage or a facial, or enjoy a catch up with a friend, on a regular basis? Now is the time to commit to doing something that nourishes YOU.

• Reconnect with your inner earth Goddess: Make time to ground yourself. What can you do to increase your connection to nature and the changing seasons?

• Revisit your daily routines: Do any of them need some adaptations (or even an overhaul) to help life feel more flexible?

• Declutter on some (or all) levels: Make space to breathe. What can you let go of on a physical, mental, emotional or spiritual level to bring in more peace?
