Colleagues at Priors Hall Care Home were delighted to receive a 10 out of 10 score in reviews posted on carehome.co.uk which described the Corby care home as ‘excellent’.

On receiving the score, Lynsey Ballard, Home Manager of Priors Hall, said:

"The whole team is delighted with such fantastic reviews. It's extremely rewarding to hear the positive feedback from the families of those we care for every day.

Anchor - Primrose Court transformed its grounds into a vibrant festival venue for a day of live music dubbed ‘Primrosebury’.

The event brought the festival experience directly to the care home, with a full programme of musical acts. The free event was attended by residents, their families and people from the local community, who enjoyed drinks, ice creams, and a range of activities throughout the day including a tombola and party games.

At Robinson Court retirement housing scheme in Barnoldswick, we offer 7 one bedroom, 1 two bedroom and 21 studio purpose-built properties for rent for people over the age of 55.

The property is situated close to Barnoldswick and has excellent transport links to the town centre, Skipton and Burnley. The local shops are within walking distance and include supermarkets, a post office, hairdressers and cafes. There is a market in the town square every Thursday and Saturday. There is also a doctor's surgery in Barnoldswick.

We understand that sometimes you like to be alone and at other times you may want to be more sociable. Our properties give you that freedom. At Robinson Court we run social activities including entertainment, music nights and coffee mornings.

You will not need to worry about maintenance and repairs or gardening upkeep as we take care of those. We provide a wide range of facilities, including a communal lounge, a guest room, a garden with seating area, an on-site laundry and eight parking spaces.

STAY HYDRATED

1. Drink Regularly, Don't Wait for Thirst: Thirst is a sign of mild dehydration, so it's best to drink fluids throughout the day before you feel thirsty.

5. Be Mindful of Your Environment: Hot weather or intense physical activity can increase your fluid needs, so drink more fluids in these situations.

7. Limit Sugary Drinks: Avoid excessive consumption of sugary drinks like soda, as they can contribute to dehydration in the long run.
