* Town / Dodworth Double run - x3 current positions 7am-3pm, 3pm-10pm or 7am-10pm.
* Wombwell / Hoyland Double run - x2 current positions 3pm-10pm only.
* Wombwell Single run - x2 current positions 3pm-10pm only.
* Pen*stone Single run - x2 current positions 7am-3pm, 3pm-10pm or 7am-10pm.
* Cudworth / Monk Bretton Double run - x2 current positions 7am-3pm, 3pm-10pm or 7am-10pm.

Are you a compassionate and reliable Support Worker looking to make a real difference in people’s lives? We’d love to hear from you!

We are seeking an experienced Support Worker with a full UK driving licence and access to their own vehicle to join our dedicated team. This role involves providing person-centred care and support to individuals in their own homes, helping them live as independently and comfortably as possible.

Requirements:
✅ Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
✅ Previous experience with PEG feeding (with certificate of completion)
✅ A caring, patient and professional attitude
✅ Excellent communication and reliability
✅ Flexibility to work varied shifts

What we offer:
