🔉Guys, all of you who know me well know how much I adore animals. 🐈

All my best friends have had 4 legs! 🐾🐾
I grew up in a family where 'Adopt, don't shop' was the 'only' way to go and I proudly do the same.

With that in mind, I will be supporting my amazing client, Tracey, by donating to her good cause to help those precious cats needing love, a good forever home and often a hell of a lot of expensive meds and vet care too! 😞

Anyone up for been a model for Pregnancy Massage on
Wednesday 4th February 2026?

YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE ACTUALLY PREGNANT 😆😆 Regular non-pregnant ladies are very welcome 🙏 (I just need your body 😆)

There will be lots of massage techniques along the Swedish massage line but adapted for positions such as laid on side or seated. So great if laying on your back/front or getting on and off the treatment table is tricky for you 👍

Please note: Model must be in good health.

Contraindications:
You need to be fit to receive the treatment and therefore you need to check the list of contra-indications below.

Please let me know if you are under treatment for any of the following:

• Severe circulatory disorders (high/low blood pressure)
• History of Thrombosis/Embolism
• Disorders of the nervous system
• Infectious disorders (general)
• Diabetes
• Epilepsy
• Recent operations/fractures (please explain)
• Allergies

If you have any of these problems on the day of training it is not possible to receive a treatment and I will not be able to pass my course on the day. 😞
Hopefully you are fully fit and none of these apply!

And of course, if you 'are' pregnancy, I will need to know how many weeks/months you are 😊

I cannot believe this teeny weeny dot is 11 years old today!!! So I'll be finishing early for pressies & cake followed by a fancy tea out 🥳 Happy Birthday little Soph! 🎂
