Stretching regularly can help:

✅️Maintain flexibility
✅️Improve the range of motion in joints ✅️Reduce the risk of injury
✅️Improving posture
✅️Increase blood circulation
✅️Enhance physical performance
✅️Provide mental benefits like stress relief

You should do short, daily stretches for about 5–10 minutes, holding each stretch for 15–30 seconds, to feel the benefits.

For more significant improvement, aim for longer sessions of 20–30 minutes several times a week, holding each stretch for 30 seconds.

Consistency is key, so a short, daily routine is better than a long, infrequent one.

A Truth From My Heart ❤️

Every December, my salon becomes more than just a workspace - it becomes a place where Stories, Stresses, Hopes, Celebrations and quiet Confessions are shared …

And I hold every single one with love and care 💕

What most of you don’t see are the long hours, the aching hands and back, the meticulous planning, the squeezed-in appointments, the “I’ll just make it work” moments … because I want each and every one of you to feel extra special when you walk out of QuirkySparkle.

But in December, I’m not just looking after one person at a time - I’m holding so many of you.

Your Events, your Pressures, your need to feel a little bit more “You” during a chaotic season.

And I pour my whole heart into it.

Every Appointment.
Every Message.
Every Time.

So if I seem a little stretched, or replies take a bit longer, please know it’s never lack of care …

This boy has been such a good boy this year (mostly 😆) and defo deserves a visit from the big man at Christmas.

He's been doing amazingly with his training and made lots of human friends this year too 👍
