Parkside Care Home Welcome to Parkside Care Home, a compassionate and friendly environment dedicated to providing specialized care for individuals living with dementia.

At Parkside, we create a warm, homely environment where individuals feel valued, respected, and loved. Parkside is currently having pre booked 30min visits in our visiting room following a negative Covid LFT test families/visitors must call and book a slot before coming to the home mask gloves and aprons must be worn through out the visit.

We have had such a wonderful festive outing today. 6 of our residents went to Wentworth Garden Centre and had a lovely time. Saw all the beautiful twinkling trimmings, had a nice brew and chat. Christmas music. We love making memories. Thankyou to the families and our colleagues that helped us today. Seeing the residents smile is just the best. 1 trip down. 3 to go lol. ###

We've trimmed up upstairs today. We've had the best afternoon. We've sang, we've danced, we had helpers. It's what our homes all about. Love and laughter. The trimmings are high up, and I can see the tree moving up and down the corridor but ya know what... if they wanna rearrange it, it's ok. Adi had fun with some grinch filters. There's room for some lovely home made stuff. We're content. Xx
7 trees up, just the grotto to do and the residents rooms. If anyone has any small trees or fancies buying us 1 or 2 we would be really grateful. Would love to trim their rooms too. Xx

Goody bags are ready and ive spied a tickling stick.... cleaners have taken friday off lol. (Kidding)
Next Thursday 4th December.
We'll be watching the film at 2, teas at 4, we'll have a Christmas disco after.
