Iv had lots of new enquiries to my page recently enquiring about my hourly rate, availability etc. I appreciate the main barrier to asking for help is affordability, which can be a pretty awkward conversation starter.
My current rate is £15 per hour. I preferably like to keep my visits in between 90 mins and 3 hours, this is so no one feels rushed and I can also make as many visits during the day as possible. My days are quite full!
I only have availability on Mondays for now but ill possibly be extending my hours to Wednesday and Thursday evenings in the future.

Just over a week to go until we're back and im so excited! I only 1 x 3 hour or 2 x 90 minute slots available every Monday then ill be opening a waiting list 😃 care, cleaning or childcare!

Can I ask a little favour 🙏 could all my followers please share my page. You never know who on your friends list could be needing an extra pair of hands during these busy 'ber' months but just not got the confidence yet to ask for help. I dont just offer cleaning appointments, I have clients book me to take their elderly loved ones on outings to take the pressure off them every now and again, I care for young children while their adults do the weekly shop in peace, iv even helped decorate a house to get a young family moved in quicker. Help comes in all shapes and sizes, and im here for it all! Plus I definitely get bored working the same job day in, day out 😂 ❤️

My books are officially open from 3rd November! I have spaces for weekly or fortnightly visits, 1.5-3 hours long. These can be used for taking a loved one out who needs that little bit of assistance, a thorough house clean before the December madness starts or just an extra pair of hands to help with the kids. Im enhanced DBS checked, fully insured and qualified to work with children 3-19 years with 16 years experience in SEN, early years and home care 🧡

After nearly 2 years of scaling Gems Home Help right back to fit in with other employment, iv realised, I just love it too much! There's been an influx of new followers to the page recently, Hi! Welcome! Gems Home Help is a one man band providing an extra pair of hands at cheap as chips prices. Im a registered Personal Assistant with Barnsley Council and also a fully insured and DBS checked sole trader. I'm bookable for regular daily/weekly/fortnightly calls to help with meal prep, personal care, shopping visits, house cleans, or anything else to make life a little easier. My client base ranges from 20-60 year olds, busy mums to clients needing an extra pair of hands to maintain their independence as much as possible. There's literally no criteria on needing a helping hand every now and again! ✨Job opportunity✨
I'm looking for a part time Personal Assistant to work along side me for a beautiful lady in Ardsley.
Hours to include every other weekend, a few evenings per week and to cover my holidays/sickness.
Duties: meal prep, light house work as and when needed, assistance in mobilising around her home, limited personal care.
Applicant must have a wicked sense of humor and a very caring, patient nature.
Will need to undergo a DBS (funded by BMBC) and ideally business insurance on your vehicle but not essential.
