I would like to thank all of our clients and relatives of clients for being so patient and supportive over the past couple of days of bad weather.

All carers have walked miles to ensure all clients have been seen. Times like this really show what a great team of carers we have!

Here is Carl, one of our carers walking to his clients home in the snow. Carl got up and out of bed on Sunday to support us on his day off to ensure his regular clients were supported!

If you have a relative/neighbour/friend who you feel requires support, in any weather, we will be there!

Being a carer doesn't just involve personal care and companionship, There is a lot of background work with training, policies, procedures and protocols to follow to ensure our staff and clients are safe and well.

Well Done to Bindu, our Carer of the month.
Bindu is one of our newer carers and has worked exceptionally hard to gain knowledge on our policies, procedures and ways of working. This has really shown over the past couple of months and it deserves recognition.
