International Stress Awareness Day - 5th November 2025
The purpose of the day is to raise awareness about the impact of stress on mental and physical health and to promote ideas to manage the feelings of stress.
People can feel stressed for many reasons: deadlines from school or work, changes in relationships or pressures we've put on ourselves. Sometimes stress can be helpful and motivate us to get things done! However, stress can pile up and this can really impact us, especially if someone experiences feelings of stress for a prolonged period of time - which can leave us unable to cope.
