✨ A Pause for Your Breath ✨
Before you scroll on, let’s take a moment together.
Wherever you are, gently soften your shoulders.
If it feels comfortable, allow your eyes to close… or simply lower your gaze.
Take a slow breath in through your nose.
And a gentle breath out through your mouth.
Again—
Inhale… noticing the air as it enters.
Exhale… letting go of anything you don’t need right now.
There’s nothing to fix.
Nothing to get right.
Just this breath. This moment.
Even a few seconds of mindful breathing can help reset your nervous system and bring a sense of steadiness into your day.
