Hi everyone,

Here is an updated version of my policies.

A £20/50% deposit (depending on treatment amount) is required on all new bookings via square payment link, your card details will then be stored on a secure square system.

I will hold your slot for 48 hours until a deposit is received.

Your deposit/date can be moved up to 48 hours before your appointment.

Less than 48 hours notice for cancellation or missed appointment then full payment of the treatment is required.

I know life gets in the way sometimes and you have to cancel last minute or you’ve that much on it slips your mind but please try to keep to your appointments.
