Chocolate orange facial and bacial 🍫🍫🍫

I’m going to keep these on in the new year, they’re such a lovely treatment and smell delicious….

So far I have:

Turkish delight

Off the top of my head I could easily conjure up a caramel using essential oils…

Had a client in today with suspected sciatica.

After my initial assessment through basic massage I could tell that it wasn’t sciatica but tightness in the IT band.

I did some deep massage and trigger pointing in the area and lower back and added my special sciatica move just to be sure… the client felt instant relief 🙌

Also sent away with some exercises if it starts playing up over Christmas.

Here are remaining appointments for January.

I am having to close the last week of January due to some maintenance required on the building but back from 1st of Feb 🤞🏼
