Our peter had a lovely home visit from his niece sheena, and it was so moving to hear about special memories she shared with her uncle Peter whilst growing up, our jack feeling happy with his beer🍺, a little act of kindness for our peter.B, knowing his love of chocolate, I thought i would treat him to a bar🍫,our Betty and lily with their finished colouring, our Sheila folding napkins for our dinner service,a lovely visit for our dorothy from her granddaughter Laura,including a relaxing manicure, also with our peter.t and enid,and lastly a lovely capture of our maureen.r with our carer megan

We started our day by welcoming Jump Primary School choir to our home once again 🎼,what an absolute pleasure, a lovely time listening to their beautiful voices including a solo song entrance from pupil scarlet,and after following a discussion informing jump Primary that our resident brenda formally a secondary school teacher,Mr Parks asking brenda where she once tought, to our disbelief it was the same school that Mr Parks attended along with his sisters,and our brenda tought them all😊, it was such a lovely moment, and look how proud our brenda looks? Absolutely priceless,

Myself and our Charlie visited The Beggar & Gentleman to raise a glass to a very special man❤️
We had a lovely time reminiscing about past years, and Charlie showered me with his gratitude, we arrived back to our home, and all our Charlie could think about was how I was getting home after work and that I would be okay🥲

A true Gentleman, it's such a pleasure to be in his company🥰

Starting with our lovely administrator Joe having a comforting chat with our barbara, A lovely act of kindness from ambulance es**rt simon following my request if he could stop by with a suprise visit for our janet, her face was an absolute picture😁, another lovely visit for our peter from his sister in-law carol,our joy with our comforting therapy pet, another lovely knit and natter class with our volunteer carol⚔️🧶, janet making an extra special visit to our jack following seeing her twin sister Maureen, and a lovely treat, ice-creams all round for our residents to keep them hydrated🍦, and lastly a big thankyou to our neighbours Tesco Hoyland who called by with a lovely gift of selected foods for our home,so kind of you🥰

A big thankyou to all our attendees at our first coffee morning of the year☕️, such a lovely atmosphere and was so heartwarming seeing everyone chatting away, also a grateful thankyou for all your purchase donations of sweet and savoury treats from our cake stall🍰, events like these help so much to raise funds to contribute towards our resident funds and your support means so much, also for all our staff,residents and visitors thankyou for joining us to sing happy birthday to our dear joyce🥳, she was touched, thankyou to our Barnsley College student lily and our head of care Diane for your support, lastly our peter.e sister Barbara collected her raffle winnings, she informed me she would share her prize with her sister in-law carol, pictured beside her in the images
