As 2025 comes to a close, I just want to say a huge thank you to all of my patients for your continued support throughout the year. It’s genuinely been really appreciated.

It’s been great to welcome so many new faces and to introduce new treatment options this year, including injection therapy, ultrasound scanning and Grade IV Laser therapy. There’s even more learning and training planned for 2026, so I can continue to offer the best possible care.

From our family to yours, Merry Christmas to all who celebrate, and best wishes for a happy and healthy 2026.

The clinic is now closed until Monday 29th January and then closed again until the 5th January. The first week back is currently fully booked, however the week after there is availability and all appointments can be booked online.

This time of year often means we’re a bit more sedentary, which can lead to aches and pains—so try to keep up some gentle movement where you can.

I have been getting some really good feedback on the ‘Groove’ pillow for patients suffering with neck pain. There are many different types of contoured pillows on the market but this has been excellent for most patients and myself included.

Batteries recharged over Easter. Hands have had a good rest. Legs not so much. One last morning dog walk and we return today from the Lake District- clinic returns to normal tomorrow.

Wishing a Happy & Healthy New Year to all of my clients. I hope you’ve all enjoyed the festivities however that has looked for you. Thank you for all the support in 2023, 2024 is already looking as busy and I’m excited as ever about getting back in clinic and bringing new techniques and treatments to help clients this year. **New Treatment**

I'm really pleased to announce that Bassett Physio is now able to offer Steroid Injections. This treatment is used to reduce pain & inflamation in joints or around a particular injured soft tissue like a tendon. They're most commmonly injected into joints such as the ankle, elbow, knee, shoulder, wrist, hand or foot. Steroid injections are used in conjunction with rehabilitation to help you return to activities you value and enjoy.

Clinic update/news: Oliver is going back to school!! It’s really important to me & the clinic that I continue to develop and enhance my knowledge and competency, expand my skills and to be able to offer patients new treatment options.

I’m excited to announce that in the new year I will be able to offer an additional treatment of Injection Therapy to my clients. Steroid injections can be used to help inflammatory pain from a range of orthopaedic / musculoskeletal and rheumatological conditions.

It’s been a challenge at times but very rewarding treating Katie Roberts, who came in 8th at the world dualthon championships and 10th last year. We worked on injuries to get her to compete on both occasions. We got there in the end - Well done Katie!
